This policy covers consumer health data handled by Kuhler Technologies, Inc. in the Kühler Pro app (PROJECT BOSCO). Our full Privacy Notice covers everything else.
1. Health data we collect
- Body and profile details you add: birth date, sex, height and weight.
- Physiological measurements from imports: heart rate, cadence, speed, CORE-reported core and skin temperature summaries, WHOOP recovery, strain, sleep and nap records.
- Journal answers from WHOOP, only when you choose to include them.
- Effort, symptoms and observations you log, and Kühler use.
- Estimates we calculate from these, such as Thermal Risk and modeled core temperature, heart rate and effort.
2. Sources
You, through forms in the app, and files you choose to import from Garmin, WHOOP, CORE and weather history pages. We do not receive data directly from those companies.
3. Why we use it
- To calculate your forecasts, cooling plans and estimates, and show your history.
- To read imports you start, with your permission given before files are sent.
- Only with your separate optional permission, to develop and evaluate shared algorithms.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that process it for us: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, storage) and, for AI reading you allow, the Lovable AI Gateway and an OpenAI model.
- Teams you choose to share plans with.
- Anyone you send a share image to.
- Where required by law.
5. We do not sell it
We do not sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising.
6. Your rights
You can confirm what we hold and download it, delete it, and withdraw consent in Account & data, or email info@getkuhler.com. Withdrawing stops future use for that purpose. You may appeal a decision on a request by replying to our response.
