App Privacy Notice

• Account: email address and sign-in method (email and password, Google or Lovable sign-in).
• Optional profile: display name, photo (location and camera metadata removed before upload), birth date, sex, height, dated weight entries, sports, experience, city, state or region, country, timezone, units and Kühler ownership.
• Plans and workouts you enter: activity, conditions, effort, cooling use, observations and the forecasts calculated for them.
• Imports you choose: Garmin activity summaries and FIT detail (heart rate, speed, cadence, device temperature, laps and sets); WHOOP workouts, recovery cycles, sleeps, naps and, only if you turn it on, journal answers. We do not store GPS route points or the original Garmin and WHOOP files.
• Supporting files you attach: weather history PDFs and CORE screenshots, stored privately with the values transcribed from them.
• Feedback messages, and the name and email you choose to include.
• Permission records: what you accepted or withdrew, the version and when.
• Without an account, plans stay in your browser storage on this device.

To provide your service: calculating your forecasts and cooling plans, showing your history, prefilling plans from your profile and keeping your account secure.

Optional, to improve shared algorithms: only if you turn on "Help improve PROJECT BOSCO" in Account & data. It covers workout and physiological records and excludes journal text, original files and precise routes. It is off by default, you can turn it off at any time to stop future use, and no such use has started yet.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use health information for targeted advertising.

• Lovable (Lovable Cloud) hosts the app and provides our database, sign-in and private file storage. Our database is currently hosted in a United States region.
• When you allow AI reading during an import, your weather PDFs and CORE screenshots are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an OpenAI model to transcribe printed values. We request that the result is not stored by the AI service.
• Google, if you sign in with Google.
• Our hosting platform records technical logs and error reports needed to run and fix the service.

Your records are private by default. Team coaches and owners see only plans you explicitly share to that team; joining a team does not expose your history or journals. Share images are created on your device and sent only where you choose.

We keep your data until you delete it. Files you choose for import wait in your browser for up to 24 hours; during the review they are read in server memory and not stored until you confirm.

"Delete account data" in Account & data removes your plans, workouts, imports, recovery and journal records, supporting files, private examples, body measurements and profile. Permission records are kept as a minimal record of what you agreed to. Copies may remain in our providers' backups for a limited period. To close your sign-in account entirely, email us.

You can access and export your data (CSV and JSON downloads), correct your profile, delete your data, and withdraw optional permissions in Account & data. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as to request information, correction or deletion, or to appeal a decision. Email info@getkuhler.com; we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Records are protected by sign-in and per-account access rules, and files are stored in private storage with short-lived links. Staff access is limited to operating and supporting the service. No system is perfectly secure.
