Cooling During Training

Use the breaks that already exist.

During training, use the opportunities that already exist: between sets, between intervals or during scheduled breaks. Your plan uses the breaks you enter. If a break is shorter than expected, adjust the use rather than inventing extra time that changes the workout. Follow the device instructions.

Keep your planned rest length unchanged when you add cooling. Holding Kühler during a 90-second rest should not turn it into a two-minute rest, because changing the rest changes the session and makes comparisons harder to interpret.

You can follow the entire plan without recording a workout. If you choose to log, the Using Kühler control records reported use. Optional holding times add context; they are not measured cooling power or a verified thermal dose.

Takeaway

Cool inside your existing breaks, without changing the session.
