What the Research Shows
Positive, neutral and mixed findings, read carefully.

Studies of palm cooling during exercise report a range of outcomes. Some tasks and protocols show meaningful improvements in repeated-effort output. Others show small or no measurable differences. Results depend on the task, the cooling method, the temperature difference and the conditions.
A neutral finding does not prove a method works or fails in general, and a proposed explanation for a neutral result is a hypothesis, not evidence. Likewise, a positive finding in one exercise does not guarantee the same effect in another.
This is why PROJECT BOSCO labels its forecasts as early estimates, keeps negative and inconclusive results in your history, and never presents a single session as proof. The honest summary: promising in some settings, unproven in others, and best judged against your own comparable sessions.
Expect variation across studies and across your own sessions.
